Kristen,

Here are the Inverter warranty forms. Thanks for taking care of these
and all the other details of paper work that surely would have bogged me
down long ago. Without your guidance, I would hardly have been able to
begin this project, much less complete it.

And special thanks to Aron for all his help as well. If he had not
noticed my bewildered look when I first came to one of Plan It Solar's
workshops in March at the library and explained to me what was going on,
I doubt that I'd ever have gotten started on a solar system. From then
on, he was here every step of the way checking progress and answering
questions, up through his rapid responses and correction of my failed
Inverter.

Hopefully, it will be smooth sailing from now on. I am comforted to know
however, that if I do have questions or problems, you and your
colleagues at Plan It Solar will be there with ready answers and
solutions. It has been a pleasure working with you all. A most happy
experience!
