Energy Policy Act of 2005, there
is a federal

whichever is less for all solar hot water
installations done in 2008. Systems must be
installed by 12/31/08 to qualify for the credit. Be aware: any
system producing hot
water for a pool, spa or hot tub does not
qualify for the 2008 federal tax credit.
